Participants will understand what it means to BE Leader, develop the capacity to share what it means to BE Leader, and understand what it means to be in mastery of a skill set.

What does it mean to BE Leader?

• It means that you have embodied the qualities needed to support effective leadership demonstration.
• It means you no longer have to practice leadership for you energetically and vibrationally BE it. It is like learning to ride a bike, you now innately embody the capacity to ride the bike.
• As you develop the capacity to BE Leader you make more conscious decisions and follow through with authentic leadership actions, for you understand the context from which you choose to make your decisions.

Participants will:

• Understand what it means to BE Leader
• Develop the capacity to share what it means to BE Leader
• Understand what it means to be in mastery of a skill-set
